Escape clause

The right of withdrawal, governed by the law , contemplate the opportunity to cut off the contract of sale and, therefore, to have back what you paid for the the product, in case of refund of the same. Kronoshop in full compliance with legislative requirements, recognizes this right in full to its customers and prepares the following document as an additional guide to further understanding of this option.

1. To Exercise the Right of Withdrawal on Kronoshop

Feel free to buy your watches on Kronoshop.com! Kronoshop offers to all its customers to replace or returns the purchased products within 20 days.

2. The Replacement of a Product

Within 30 days from the delivery, you can replace the ordered product with another model, giving timely notice to the e-mail address recesso@kronoshop.com In the communication you have to indicate name, last name, order number, the product to replace, the product you want. Kronoshop Team will inform you about the availability of the product, the existence of any price difference and specifications for the return of the product originally ordered. Once all these aspects have been clarified and the intention of the customer to replace the product has been confirmed, Kronoshop Team will send an e-mail with an authorization code to replace. The return of the product is to be charged on and under the responsibility of the customer, either as regards the cost of shipping or as regards the possibility of theft or damage during the same.

3. The Refund Of a Product

Within 30 days from delivery, you can give back the ordered product, giving timely notice to e-mail address recesso@kronoshop.com. In the communication you have to indicate name, last name, order number , the product to be returned. Kronoshop team will inform you about the specifications for the return of the product, and will ask which payment method is preferred for reimbursment. Once all this aspects have been clarified and the intention of the customer to return the product has been confirmed, Kronoshop Team will send an e-mail with an authorization return code. The return of the product is to be charged and under the responsibility of the customer either as regards the cost of shipping or as regards the possibility of theft or damage during the same.

4. Replacement Of Products Damaged Or Not Working

In the event that the product will reach the customer damaged or malfunctioning, the customer will have to immediately notify ( within 30 days from delivery) this malfunction at the e-mail recesso@kronoshop.com. In the communication you have to indicate name, last name, order number, the malfunctioning product and your telephone number. Kronoshop Team will contact you by phone and will inform you about the specifications for the replacement of the product, will inform you about the availability of substitute products , will require your availability to schedule the withdrawal of the damaged product at your home or at your office. Once all these issues will be clarified, Kronoshop team will send you an e-mail with the authorization code to replace. The return of the damaged product is to be charged on and under the responsibility of Kronoshop, as regards either the cost of shipping or the possibility of theft or damage during the same. After receiving the product and after a check on its originality and its real fault, Kronoshop team will ensure the dispatch of replacement in the shortest possible time following the agreements established in the previous mail.
