Vouchers are always generated 30 days from the date on the purchase receipt for an order placed in store or from the delivery date of an online order placed on our website. You will receive an email notification as soon as your voucher is available in your personal area.
The accumulation of points for in-store purchases outside kronoshop.com will be automatically recorded on the Loyalty Card the day after the date of purchase.
